Libraries in Utah and across the country are seeing a surge of book challenges and anti-access legislation, while organized groups are attacking publicly funded institutions and public servants. What do professional associations like ULA have to do to ensure libraries continue to survive and thrive well into the future? In this session, ULA Advocacy Co-Chairs will lay out a vision for the future of the Utah Library Association; how we can best support members, build public support, inoculate against future challenges, and ensure the long-term health, sustainability, and support of Utah libraries.
