Each of us has an inner futurist, and if we learn how to hone an Urgent Optimism mindset and how to use Natural Foresight tools, we can shape the future of libraries and our personal futures rather than simply accepting whatever future comes our way. The future does not have to be scary if you approach it with mental flexibility, realistic hope, and with all the future power you possess.
