Learn about an initiative at SLCPL to create a foundation of consistent understanding about the expectations of each Public Service role and what that was able to unlock for understanding our gaps in staffing, career advancement, and mentorship opportunities. What started as a way to ensure consistency across the organization turned into a tool to support future staffing requests not only with stories of impact but with hard data.
