How can libraries support the career and employment needs of patrons? Come learn from the experiences of librarians in both academic and public library settings! The presenters will share best practices for identifying patron needs and designing services to meet them, recommended affordable career research resources, and collaborating with organizations outside the library. Whether you work with students preparing for jobs, individuals returning to the workforce after time away, entrepreneurs and small business owners, or adults looking to switch careers, there are simple ways you can enhance library services to better support patrons.
