Many library employees (particularly those beginning their library careers) experience imposter syndrome, characterized by feelings of self-doubt, anxiety, and fear of being exposed as a fraud. In this session, we will explore what imposter syndrome is, share our own experiences with it, and learn how to manage it in ourselves and when speaking with others who are dealing with it.
