No matter what language your patrons speak, scammers know it fluently. Fraud affects every community, and it’s not unusual for scammers to run their scams in the language we speak at home. In this presentation, we’ll share free FTC resources (available in a dozen languages) for you to distribute to your patrons — and talk about how your patrons can report scams and identity theft in their own language.
