Including music in storytime can help children with language processing and communication. Using a live instrument, like a ukulele, can increase engagement and decrease potential copyright or technological issues with recorded music. In this presentation, we will teach the basics of playing the ukulele, a few chords that are common in storytime songs, and some simple and familiar songs. Please bring your own ukulele if you have one, but there will also several available on site to use.
