Salt Lake County made a paradigm shift when they decided to rewrite their narrative to respect every patron and their rights in the reconsideration process. Rather than Intellectual Freedom Fighters, they would become Intellectual Freedom Navigators and protect the Freedom of Speech, while enabling the process of petitioning the government. Learn about their pivot from defending banned books, to a kinder and gentler library.
