One of the main jobs of a manager is to manage staff—including helping the staff and thus the library achieve their potential. In this session, a panel of library managers from around Utah will answer questions and discuss various aspects of managing staff—from accountability and annual evaluations to building team relationships and handling staffing issues. Join us as we discuss the ins and outs of managing library staff.
